I wanted to make this simple app to help me count and record my daily servings of Good Fat, Proteins and Fiber. Actually I have never been a dieter type person. But late last year I started getting fascinated with a bunch of books from renowned doctors who claim that we are being hoodwinked by the food industry and that in reality eating fat doesn’t make you fat! In fact intake of good fats helps you lose and maintain a healthy weight. I really fell in love with this lifestyle and started losing weight and feeling so alive. My problem was I was writing down my daily intakes and of course I kept losing my notepad (no one loses their phone right?). So I decided to solve a problem and create a little app that records and keeps track of your servings every day – plus I added some bells and whistles. Like… I wanted to share this app with some friends and family and the only way I could figure that out was to put it on the app store. So have at it and enjoy. I the FAQ section of the app I provide some interesting reading and books on the good fat concept.
